The fortes of hands and teeth by; Tracy Liu and Sarah Tse

   The book main character Mary. Shes in trouble because she doesn't know what choice to  make. She has friends that she doesn't she doesn't fell comfortable with. Cassandra is Mary's best friend. Other significant characters in the story are Henry, Travis, The sisters, Tabitha. She thinks about stuff that no one else thinks bout like the forest with the hands and teeth. Her mother left and so did her father.  Mary loves the ocean because her mom used to tell her storys about the ocean and show her pictures of her grandmother standing near the ocean . Mary especially loves the waves. Later on she doesnt like the ocean and likes the forest and wonders what happens if there are no hands and teeth
