Rowan of Rin

This book is about how, this boy named Rowan and his village realized that his villages water source has stopped. So the villages people all gathered to have a meeting. Some say to find out what was blocking the water source from coming down. Some disagree because, they say there's a dragon on the mountain. So they had a argument about whether to go or to wait for death to come to their village. At the end they decided to go and so they wanted more information about the mountain and dragon. So they asked someone who was familiar with the mountain, Sheba.
